Amelia Strother

With almost two decades of experience in the Learning and Development and SaaS space Amelia brings together a unique combination of skills to the role of Director of Product at Integrity Solutions. Amelia’s passion for leveraging technology and design to create transformative learning experiences, rooted in best-in-class UI/UX, is informed by her career supporting businesses spanning from Fortune 500 clients to startups.

Regardless of the skill she’s teaching, Amelia’s talent lies in her ability to identify and inspire the behaviors to drive performance. Over the course of her career she has built multiple customized sales, service, and leadership methodologies to meet the unique needs of her clients. In addition to her design and facilitation background Amelia has also worked as a sales leader, diversity, equity and inclusion specialist, and executive coach. As the Director of Product, she oversees Integrity Solutions’ suite and ensures that it leads the industry in driving engagement and results. When Amelia isn’t at work you can find her in Vancouver, Canada exploring the wilderness with her dog.
